Shipping Policy

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic Nationwide (US) Shipping

We ship domestically either via UPS or USPS, depending on your location. All orders placed be before the typical 7pm EST/4pm PST cut off time will ship that same day. We do not ship to PO boxes.

International Shipping

All international orders are shipped via UPS, USPS or DHL (whichever options are available). The countries that we currently ship to are listed below. Check back frequently as we continuously update our serviced countries. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and select U.S. Territories.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & FRAUD VERIFICATION

Some orders may require additional processing time in the case of order or identity verification. Since we use a Third-Party Verification system, we have to wait until clearance is received before dispatching an order that had been flagged. Our team will notify the customer who's order gets flagged via email. 

PACKAGE TRACKING

We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped.

DELIVERY INSURANCE

All orders shipped both domestically or internationally come with package insurance.

 

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES, TAXES AND CUSTOMS

Shipping costs shown at the time of order placement are not inclusive of duties and taxes. Depending on your country's local import regulations, you may be subject to a VAT or duty charge. Any changes to the order's ship-to address after the product has shipped may result in additional fees charged by the courier.

All international shipments that are going through customs clearance may have delays and it is up to the customs clearance procedures on how long the package may be held.

Regulations may prohibit importation of items made with exotic materials. Please note that the customer is responsible for any delayed caused by customs processing.

All orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States are shipped via UPS, USPS or DHL (whichever options are available). Shipping times vary based on destination. You should see a list of carrier delivery estimates at checkout that you can choose from.  Please note that if you select the USPS delivery option at checkout, it is your responsibility to follow up with USPS (or local carrier) if any delays or issues may arise with your shipment
