THE INCREDIBLE WORLD OF HOP EXTRACTS AND CONCENTRATES

Tired of your freezers being overloaded with whole cone hops and hop pellets?  Having difficulty measuring the exact amount of hops to add during boil or fermentation? Enter hops hash and hops rosin, the ultimate solution for all your beer brewing needs.  Produced with-out any chemicals or solvents, hops concentrates are highly potent and can be used either during boil or for dry hopping purposes. They are conveniently storable anywhere at room temp and will also infuse well with any of your favorite foods, drinks and deserts.

HOPS ROSIN: THE INDUSTRY'S MOST POTENT HOP EXTRACT?

On a gram per gram basis, with alpha acids reaching upwards of 50%+ for some hop varietals, rosin extract is arguably the most potent solventless beer concentrate to hit the market in recent years.  Hops rosin is a thick and oily substance,  released after the hops is squished using a traditional hydraulic press.  The resulting extract is very sticky, highly concentrated and glass-like in appearance.  Due to the sticky nature of rosin, it is recommended to heat the concentrate jar first in the microwave or on a heat plate, until the rosin has liquified. Once in liquid form, the rosin can then be added directly into the wort. A one gram dose of rosin extract goes a long way, and depending on beer style, may suffice for a 5 to 10 gallon batch of brew.
